April 28/16 – ‘Gearing Up’ Thrift Store Dr. Martens

I’ve been wanting to do this for years and finally got the chance. I found a pair of Dr. Martens at Value Village for $14.99. Drew some circles on them. Free-handed various sizes and types of gears onto them with acrylic paint and voila! One more coat of acrylic sealer and they’ll be perfect.
